Saturday 14th On the road and our homestay
David had been up during the night still not well. He has come down with the tummy bug everyone else has been getting.
We had a good trip to our homestay at Tha Bak. Many interesting things to see along the way. People planting in the rice paddys. Little villages etc.
Went for a canoe ride to watch the sunset. The scenery is spectacular. David stayed back in the village to rest.
All the children in the village came out to check us out and play. We had dinner in one of the huts and slept on the floor on mats coverd in mosquito nets. An interesting experience.
