Luang Prabang 11th
Woke at 7 am with breakie on the verandah again. Then set off for a trek to Kwang Xi Waterfall. 3 hour trek through magnificent scenery and little villages.
The waterfalls were beautiful. Photos to come.
Fed a tiger that was orphaned and now kept in a large compound. Also fed some orphaned bears that were taken from poachers.
Went to village and saw the process of silk making and the weavers making scarves. Also saw them making paper from the bark of a tree.
Then on to That Phu si to watch the sunset. Unfortunately all the other tourists had the same idea so it was rather crowded up there.
Had BBQ dinner back at the guest house with the rest of the group and an early night.
